Delivery Information

Digital Product Delivery

All services offered on our platform are digital vehicle history reports. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Method

Once your order is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, your vehicle report will be generated and sent as a PDF file to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are processed and delivered within 30 minutes

  • In rare situations, delivery may take up to 2 hours due to system processing or additional verification

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.
RideVerify is not responsible for reports sent to an incorrect email provided by the customer.

Technical Issues

If you do not receive your report within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly
